What Is Your Return Policy?

We love what we do and we want you to love your items! Brand new unused, with no visible wear, smells, or animal hair may be returned within 30 days after arrival for full refund.

Please note all shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your goods have been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund of any kind.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for returns.
Once we receive returned packages, they are inspected & will be processed within 3-6 business days. You will then be issued a refund of the amount of the item at the time of purchase minus shipping charges. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Refund will be emailed to the customer’s email account that was created at checkout.


How Do I Return My Order

To return, please mail your items to: 15402 N 28th Street, Unit 234 Phoenix, Arizona. 85032 USA.

Your order number must be notated in the package.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once we receive returned packages, they are inspected & will be processed within 3-6 business days. You will then be issued a refund of the amount of the item at the time of purchase minus shipping charges. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Refund will be emailed to the customer’s email account that was created at checkout.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.


Sale Items

Sale items are all FINAL SALE & cannot be returned or exchanged.


How Do I Exchange My Order?

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. Otherwise we are more then happy to accept a return (please see “Return” FAQ for instructions) and you

can place an order for the new item you would like on our website.

Damaged Or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged item you must notify us within 3 days of receipt at support@zumaproducts.com for a replacement item or a store credit to be issued. It is the customers’ responsibility to inspect all deliveries within 3 business days of receipt. Any damages resulting in customer cutting package with too much force or sharp objects will not be replaced.

Accidents happen! If you have received an incorrect item in your order please contact us at support@zumaproducts.com so we can get a replacement package out to you as soon as possible!


How Do I Edit Or Change My Order?

Typically, once your order has been submitted it can no longer be modified. Please make sure to double and triple check that all items you loved are in your cart, the address your order is being shipped to is spot on, and the payment method you are using is good to go!

In rare circumstances, amendment can be made if the order has not been fulfilled. Please contact us at support@zumaproducts.com asap to inquire.


How Do I Cancel My Order?

In order to get your beautiful home accessories out to you as soon as possible we can not accept cancellations more then 1 hour after your purchase. If you are within this time frame please email us at support@zumaproducts.com. Otherwise we are more then happy to accept a return once you have received your products. Please visit the “How Do I Return My Order” tab for more details.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.


Discount Codes And Price Adjustment

Who doesn’t love a Sale! Because our sales are only temporary, not a permanent price change, we are unable to honor any price adjustments. Coupon codes must be entered at the time of purchase, no adjustments will be made if a code is not entered at the time of purchase.
